Terms and Conditions 1. Scope These terms govern the contractual relationship between the provider and the customer for lessons, online courses, and products (e.g., books). By purchasing a service or product, the customer agrees to these terms. 2. Contract Conclusion A contract is formed when the customer books a lesson or purchases a product/course. An email confirmation will be sent. 3. Booking and Cancellation Booked lessons are binding. Cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the lesson. No refunds are issued, but the lesson is credited to the account for later use. Lessons canceled after this time are non-refundable. If the teacher cancels, the lesson is credited. Lessons interrupted by the student will be fully charged. Lessons must be taken within the expiration date of the package, unless canceled by the teacher. 4. Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal The statutory right of withdrawal for digital products applies only if the content has not been accessed. Once accessed, the right of withdrawal expires. No return for digital products unless a defect occurs. 5. Return Policy for Books Books and physical products cannot be returned, except in case of defects (e.g., printing errors). No return for books due to dislike. The statutory right of withdrawal applies but expires once the product is used. 6. Material Protection and Copyright All materials (digital or printed) are the property of the provider and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized distribution will lead to legal action. 7. Liability Disclaimer The provider does not guarantee personal success in lessons, as this depends on the participant's effort. The provider is not liable for technical issues on the participant’s side. 8. Payment Payment for lessons, courses, and products must be made before delivery or lesson start. Late payments may delay access or delivery. Late fees may apply. 9. Marketing and Emails By registering, the customer agrees to receive marketing emails about products and offers. The customer can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link. 10. Data Protection Personal data is processed according to GDPR. See the Privacy Policy for details. 11. Jurisdiction The provider's location law applies. The exclusive jurisdiction is the provider's registered office. 12. Acceptance By purchasing, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
